All the colour of a sunrise, none of the early alarm. Orange juice and tequila first, then the grenadine, which is heavier than the juice and settles in a red layer at the bottom of the glass. A dehydrated orange slice and a Luxardo cherry complete it. The best-looking drink you’ll make all night.

Tromba Blanco: A small-batch tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave in the Jalisco highlands, with notes of cooked agave, citrus and pepper. Its bright, crisp body cuts the sweetness.

1800 Blanco: A double-distilled tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, with notes of agave, white pepper and sweet fruit. Its clean, dry body keeps the drink from tipping sweet.

Casamigos Blanco: A Jalisco highlands tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, with notes of sweet agave, citrus and vanilla. Its softer, rounder body makes a smoother, fruitier Sunrise.
