Grapefruit and tequila, with bubbles. Grapefruit and lime juice keep it tart, a touch of simple syrup softens the edges, and sparkling water makes it a long, cold drink. A rim of Maldon sea salt flakes brings out the grapefruit’s sweetness, with a dehydrated grapefruit slice to garnish. The one to make when the sun’s still out.

Tromba Blanco: A small-batch tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave in the Jalisco highlands, with notes of cooked agave, citrus and pepper. Its bright, crisp body suits a long, fizzy drink.
1800 Blanco: A double-distilled tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, with notes of agave, white pepper and sweet fruit. Its clean, dry body keeps the grapefruit front and centre.
Casamigos Blanco: A Jalisco highlands tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, with notes of sweet agave, citrus and vanilla. Its softer, rounder body makes a gentler Paloma.
