Cream of coconut, pineapple and ice, blended until smooth. Coco López brings the richness, pineapple juice keeps it from getting heavy, and white rum ties it together. Topped with a dehydrated pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry. A vacation for the bartender, too.

The spirit

Bacardí Superior: A charcoal-filtered white rum aged in oak, with notes of vanilla, almond and tropical fruit. Its light body lets the coconut and pineapple lead.
