Mionetto Prosecco Brut: A Prosecco from Italy’s Veneto, made from the Glera grape, with notes of green apple, pear and citrus. Its light, fruity body makes a brighter, easier French 75.

Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial: A Champagne blended from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, with notes of green apple, citrus and brioche. Its fuller body makes a richer, drier French 75.

Veuve Clicquot Brut: A Pinot Noir-led Champagne with notes of white fruit, brioche and vanilla. Its full, toasty body makes the deepest French 75 of the three.
