Absolut: A Swedish vodka made from winter wheat, with notes of grain, dried fruit and a touch of pepper. Its full body holds its own against the ginger.
Grey Goose: A French vodka made from Picardy wheat and spring water, with notes of soft almond, citrus and a hint of pepper. Its smooth, rounded body makes a gentler Mule.
