Jameson: A triple-distilled Irish whiskey with notes of honey, vanilla and light toasted wood. Its lighter body makes a softer, easier Sour.

Glenfiddich 12: A Speyside single malt aged in American oak and sherry casks, with notes of ripe pear, butterscotch and oak. Its fuller body makes a richer Sour with more fruit.
