She's the friend who turns up in head-to-toe pink, over-dressed for a Tuesday, and somehow makes the whole night feel like an occasion. That's The Cherry On Top. Gin, black cherry and lemon juice, raspberry syrup and a foam cap thick enough to leave a mark on your top lip. Served up in a coupe, and yes, you'll snap it before you drink it.

Made in small batches in Toronto, spirits included, delivered to your door.

Contains fresh ingredients: cherry juice (best before 7  days) and lemon juice (best before 14 days). Refrigerate upon arrival.

• 750 ml Joie de Vivre Pink Gin • 237 ml lemon juice • 473 ml black cherry juice • 237 ml raspberry syrup • 15 ml faux egg foam solution • 16 maraschino cherries • 16 cocktail picks • Jigger • Step-by-step recipe card

Bright and berry-led, black cherry and raspberry pulled back into balance by fresh lemon. The gin's botanicals run underneath for backbone and a clean, dry finish, while the foam rounds the acidity into something plush and velvety. Tart on the front, silky through the middle, with a long fruit-driven finish.
