Two rums in one glass. Bacardí white rum makes the base, shaken with lime juice, Cointreau and orgeat, an almond syrup that gives it a rich, nutty sweetness. Appleton Estate golden rum is floated over the top, with a dehydrated lime wheel and a Luxardo cherry to garnish. That float is your party trick.
The spirits
Both rums are included.
Bacardí Superior: A charcoal-filtered white rum with notes of vanilla, almond and tropical fruit, for a clean base.
Appleton Estate Signature: A Jamaican golden rum aged in oak, with notes of dried apricot, honey and molasses, floated on top for depth.
Contains almond. The orgeat syrup is almond based.
